President & CEO 

With extensive federal, state, and commercial contracting experience spanning nearly two decades, Keia is an established industry leader. Keia has always shared a passion for helping small business and led a successful career having helped grow 4 small businesses before forming Olive Branch Innovations, Inc. Along the course of her career, she was introduced to the world of public health and the need for closing the health disparity gap and promoting health equity & accessibility. It is through her work supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this focus was born. 

Her enthusiasm for wanting to do her part in helping close the health disparity gap and her willingness to help small businesses succeed in this competitive market prompted the start of Olive Branch Innovations, Inc. (OBI). This platform allows her the ability to focus on those things that matter in a different capacity. 

Academically, Keia holds an M.S Degree in Management, Strategy, & Leadership (MSL) from Michigan State University and holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Capella University. Who will? Spartans Will! #MSUProud

In her free time, she enjoys singing and spending time with her family. Her mantra, be bold enough to live life creatively.

Business Development Manager 

Having entered the United States in her early 20s, Zsuzsanna has achieved exceptional sales success across several markets. It was with passion and determination that Zsuzsanna was able to engineer a consumer real estate sales business successfully as an independent realtor. Her sincere customer communication and insight, garnered confidence in her abilities to see the marketplace ultimately led to a high success ratio, returning clients, and strong client relationships. 

In the past 2 decades Zsuzsanna  became a seasoned sales professional with many years of sales experience in the corporate world. She thrives to deliver accurate and professional consultation. Every client's success is her focus. Throughout her career, she has been driven by her intellectual curiosity to find answers to questions. She is excellent at identifying solutions to her clients' needs. She believes work ethic is a talent. Passion, focus, intensity, curiosity and being fiercely loyal are characteristics that have enabled her to achieve success inside and out of the office. She joined Olive Branch Innovations to build  on their success as we navigate the FedCiv Health market.

In her spare time Zsuzsanna enjoys learning about different countries and cultures. She loves to meet new people, developing new relationships.  She earned her bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from College of Szolnok in Hungary. 

Proposal Writer, Sr.

Vickey is a talented technical writer and editor who carried her years of journalism, editing, and technical writing knowledge to Olive Branch Innovations in May. She developed a love of storytelling and narrative early, and this passion followed her through her undergraduate career and to the UK. There, she learned of and from people dedicated to uplifting the lives of others. Vickey returned to the U.S. to earn a Master of Professional Studies in Journalism from Georgetown University. Soon after she began technical writing at the FDA where she was introduced to wild and wonderful world of government contracting. 

Vickey is a north New Jersey native with roots in the Caribbean. And she is an avid traveler who loves learning about other cultures through the cuisine 

Vice President, Contracts and Legal

Jacqueline is a contract management professional with over 20 years of progressive supervisory experience in contracts and finance in both the private and government contracting environment. She has a proven track record implementing start-up contract administration/management departments and managing, supervising and motivating high-performance contract management teams.  Jacqueline has a consistently proven ability to provide outstanding customer satisfaction and service (both internal and external customers), inspiring others, and producing exceptional results.  

Jacqueline is Keia's trusted advisor and the pair have worked together many times over the years and have a long-standing relationship. 

Jacqueline is a Maryland native and loves her family and her dogs. Jacqueline holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, Go TERPS!
